REFUND POLICY

" Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the rare event that an artist reschedules we will announce a new date & time.  If you can't make the new date - refunds are up to the artists, team, or promoter.  However, we'll do everything we can do to help resolve any such occurrence.

 If a concert is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances we will issue you a refund automatically to your credit card, including your ticket fees."

We are an 18 & Up venue. You MUST have your ID upon entry. Refunds will not be issued if you are denied entry for not bringing a Valid ID.

TICKET DELIVERY

" Tickets are purchased online.  Once your credit card authorization and verification is processed you will receive a confirmation email.  You will then be able to print your ticket at home. Your ticket will be scanned at the door for entry. One entry per ticket- duplicate tickets will be denied entry.  If the concert is not sold out you may purchase tickets at the door the night of the event, but it is highly recommended you purchase your ticket online to assure entry."

DISABLED INDIVIDUALS

We are standing room only, with the exception of bar stools located around the dance floor. There are tables & chairs in our VIP Lounge and our Cattlemen's Lounge area. All areas are non-assigned seating and on a first come first serve basis.  For our disabled guests, in a wheelchair or needing assistance, we are available to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

CONCERT COVID POLICY

SANITATION

Additional disinfectant hand sanitizers will be readily available throughout the facility for you. We will have additional Custodial staff on concert nights that will frequently disinfect high-contact surfaces during events.

LIMITED CAPACITY  

The safety and health of our guests and staff is a priority to us here at The Stockyard. At this time our concerts are at full capacity.  Each individual concert may require a change in our typical concert setup and seating.  We will make changes as needed to our protocols, with your safety in mind.

Masks & Social Distancing

Wearing a mask is up to each individual & not required.

**If a quest is part of a meet & greet- we will follow the artist protocols. Please bring a mask with you. 

 ** While we encourage our guests to be mindful of others, we can not ensure a social distancing environment during concert events.
